It all began at the New York School of dog Grooming in New York City. Rebecca graduated and was asked to stay on as an instructor, but chose instead to open the "The Pet Set" on 73rd and Lexington Ave.
There she established a successful business grooming many dogs some of whom belonged to celebrities living on the upper east side, but she longed to have a place in the country where her "kids" could romp and play in the grass.
She left Manhattan and came to Goshen, NY a land flowing with milk and honey, and began grooming and teaching grooming at BOCES. All grooms include a massage, shampoo, nails trimmed, ears gently cleaned, hand scissoring, hair blown out and finishing touches with bandanas, bows, bowties.
We offer special applications such as flea baths, deskunk baths, furminator (de-shedding), hypo-allergenic baths, oatmeal and medicated baths. Frontline for flea and tick funerals.
We also accept walk in's for nail cutting. We are elated about our new grooming salon and spa! This is a new location next to the Kitty Inn, with all new state of the art equipment. Right off the large reception area is the boutique with wonderful designer clothes and accessories for the fashionable pet. Take a moment to browse and choose an outfit that expresses your puppies fashion sense.
